Mercado is the fabulous new lifestyle store located on Sunset Blvd. in Silverlake.  Exquisite hand picked items from all over the world create a collection of  unique items hard to find in Los Angeles

Long time residents of the Silverlake area, Michelle Weaver and Chelsea Iovino are both stylist with extensive creative backgrounds, and have created a space unlike any other in Los Angeles.

 

“Our goal was to bring not only quality, but unique items under one roof, and create a space that could showcase it all in a comfortable and unpretentious way.

Mercado is our long time dream, we hope to offer our neighborhood a shopping experience not like any other!.

Having lived in the area for many years, we strongly believe in supporting and stimulating business and commerce on the eastside of town”

 

Mercado carries a wide range of home accessories, pillows, glass-ware and an amazing collection of jewelry and fashion accessories, most of which they have imported from Paris and Italy.

They also carry many local designers and artist and hope to create a space where local talent can have access at the retail level.
